Ominous for the octopus: Paul the psychic octopus has predicted Spain will beat Germany but its days may be numbered as angered Argentinan fans have threatened to cook it in a paella. Photo: AFP

Paul has predicted all of Germany's World Cup results correctly so far, including wins against England and Argentina. Paul even said that Serbia would beat Germany 1-0 in the group stage.

However, there is still a glimmer of hope for Germany. In all his years of making predictions, the only one Paul has ever got wrong was the Spain v Germany final at Euro 2008.
The octopus opted for Germany but Spain were the victors, winning 1-0.

German fans are now hoping the opposite will happen and by picking Spain to win it will actually be Germany who come out on top. Such is the popularity that surrounds the octopus the German news channel n-tv actually broadcasted its Germany-Spain prediction live, even having two reporters commentating on it.

The handlers of the psychic octopus at Aquarium Sea Life in Oberhausen encourage Paul to make the predictions by putting mussels into two glass cubes, with each cube having one of the nation's flags on the front. The mussel Paul chooses first is taken to be its prediction.
Paul initially went to the Spain-marked container before moving around the tank and then hovered over the German box. But he eventually opted for the European champions.

Paul has become world reknowned, but this good humoured, quirky phenomenon has not been well recieved by everybody.

Following the quarter-final prediction where Paul correctly guessed Argentina would lose to Germany the Argentineans threatened to kill the octopus and put it in a paella. The newspaper El Dia gave this recipe for anyone daring to capture Paul: "All you need is four normal potatoes, olive oil for taste and a little pepper." Argentinan chef Nicolas Bedorrou has suggested on Facebook a far more simplistic and brutal way to cook the octopus.
"We will chase him and put him on some paper. We will then beat him (but correctly!) in order to keep the meat tender and then put it in boiling water."

football fever :) FIFA

whuoa, time flies :( holiday is going to end in four more days. No holiday for me :) I still spend at least 5 of 10 days in school. By the way, it's fun ;)

You can definately see or listen the word "FIFA" any where, on tv, newspapers, radio, streets, and even shopping malls. As this is a big event that only held every 4 years, it really get all football fans attention. 4 groups with each group including 4 teams play the game for about 2 months. In this coming two months, 24 hour fast food restorants such as mcdonald and road side mamak stalls will be a good choice for people who love football but have no ASTRO channel at home. Well, it is good idea to spend time together with friends watching football together while having a drink or snaks. Besides speding time together, we actually have fun together no matter which team we support.

For those that are not interested in football, specially female, it is good to spend some time to watch a game although you are not interested with it. Football is now a "hot" topic and we should know something about the game, anyway, it is 4 years once :)

I believe that most of us support different teams that we think is the best, try to enjoy every game that every football team members play. Most of all, they are playing for the game and us :)

Phew, after few months of hectic lifestyle, finally get a chance to take a break :)

Exam is over, forget about it:( This should be the first time for me to be regret never study earlier. Well, its over, so lets just forget about it :) Blogging seems to be once 3 months?! aha, well, nothing to really crap about, so i rather watch some intersting cartons online :) haha!

2nd semester holiday is still busy for me and my few other friends, we have stuff to rush at school :O yeap, R-U-S-H. since teachers day will be on the first friday after school reopen, we gotta finish tones of wrapping :), well, we enjoy it XD.

Sorry to say, but i guess this year's ace enterprice will be kindda dead. well, i have facts to talk about it, not activite members is the bigest problem we have currently, running out of idea is another reason and lastly, say thankyou to our ass. md. i wil jst end this topic since there is no point for me to complain here.

to my friends who are going for holiday in other countries or states, shinwey, yenhuei, jia ying and eeshuen :) have fun. but dont eat eat eat until you add your weight =D, and to sarah and c.shyong, enjoy your camp :)

Most of us realised that global warming is getting more and more serious than we though. Since the concept of 3R is taught to society for nearly 5 year, we still not see any changes among society.

As we know, the 3R actually stands for reuse, reduce and recycle. However, how many of us have actually practice this concept? Being a part of society, most of them think that it is enough since part of them do practice such concept. They should never have such way of thinking because it is everyone responsibility to keep this environment clean.

To start practicing 3R in our daily life, we can actually bring our own paper bag when we shop for groceries. Before we throw anything, we should also consider those that can be reuse for other purposes such as empty jam jar or even papers. Separate rubbish into 3 main groups which are bottles, papers and tin. This makes others easier to recycle those that are still useful.

It worths a million to spend part of your time to contribute or do something good for the earth. Remember, it is never too late :)

Time flies. Chinese New Year holiday is coming to an end. In just few more week we are having our FIRST exam for form 4...==". Form 4 life is just busy as I imagine, tons of homeworks, oral exam, projects and group discusion coming on soon. Rencently, I'm kind of busy planing some activities for LKT coming anual camp besides thinking of new products for YE. Exam is coming, but I'm still confused with some add math questions and still not clear with the SPM exam format for english =="

Attended Young Enterprise orientation yesterday in Sunway University College. Met different achievers from different schools and states. Besides schools in Selangor, we even had one from Melaka =). Events and activities were fantastic, we even got cheers that sounds weird but we just had a lot of fun along the day =).

Learned a lot through the orientation, and that makes me feel like we are no longer a student that only study in school, but is exposed to different event outside the school compound.

this was once a miracle that happened in our school.

It was really a sad news to know that a teacher and 5 students passed away when they had their 龙舟 practise for competition in coming June. They were pulled by strong force and when they try to get up to the boat again, they failed and drowned.

Although we don't each other,but still, I am sure most of us want to wish you all, have a safe jouney and take care, goodbye and we will miss you... most important, we will never forget the lesson we learnt.

Miah! Finally back from penang =) Had a short vacation with family in lumut then at peneng. Its fun, and i ate fried oyster for four days - from friday to monday =.=" luckily they are from different places and different stores...haha =D Manda was sick on the friday...so hopefully she had fully recovered and is ready to eat the ice ball i brought her from penang..lol, joking!

Had my early morning with Litian in Taman Jaya. Early at 7!!! Guess what we did in the park? Good...we feed mosquitoes with our fresh blood...=X Joking, but yea we did got a few kisses from the mosquitoes...So we spended one an hour having "in-door" frisbee practise. Finally got my forehand throw right in position =D Later we spend some time using varies sport equipments that actually used by senior citizen ==". It okay actually, just that we were surrounded by old people...

I'm going to spend some time in the Art Gallery in K.L tomorrow. The exibition is going to show different oil paintings that were done by famous arties i guess. By the way, signing off now~ toddles =)

I have actually just started my holiday with activities and games. Last week seems to be meaningless with all sort of computer games and television drama series. Curently having different activities on every single day. Going to Taman Jaya with LiTian tomorrow for frisbee, visiting art gallery with art teachers and friends later on Thursday and having organ class on friday night. Do hope that i enjoy every single day with joy and laughter.

Seriuosly cant beliefe i have been in a holiday mood for few weeks. Haha, i guess i am not the only one =) School should be less noisier as form 5 graduated whole f3 finished our PMR. For morning class, most of my friend in form 4 went for holiday ==", so...we from the morning class consider that holiday has started since last monday XD.

For other country: Sue went to Taiwan, Ee Shuen to Shanghai, Mabel going to Japan, Kyle for London, Yen Huei to Australia, while June to Newzealand. In Malaysia: Yi Yan and Magdeline to Penang, few more(uncountable) to Melaka, Langkawi and Sing. *Eyes gliming* lol. Enjoy your holiday people, remember to send me pictures =)

Yesterday was the graduation day of form 5 and form 6. Everything seems to happen so fast. First was the end of PMR and now all form 5's have officially graduate from the big family of CHS.

After busy preparing for form 5 and 6's graduation day right after PMR, it just end in one day full with tears and laughters in the hall. If you are in the school hall yesterday, even you are not any of those that graduate students, i am sure you will still be touch will all form 5 and 6 have done.

All the best to my friends in form 5 or 6, may you guys continue to be strong in facing those problems that you are facing later in life and good luck in SPM and SPTM. I am sure, that when you people wish to come back to CHS either to pay a visit or to take part in any activity, we all will still welcome you guys back with smiles on our faces. Remember, once you are a CHS-ian, you are always a CHS-ian.

Since PMR has come to an end, I am kind of free now. Currently working on some school stuff for LKT, besides on my music theory as I am taking next year's march exam. Took some time to clean my room that is full with books and dust. Lol XD I didnt do any cleaning as usual since one month before PMR, so it really need some cleaning.

If i can fly, i will really fly back to johor now...

Basically, trails is over. Most classes get thier result few days ago while some are still waitting for their papers besides their marks. Marks? Arhg...the marks are okay actually. 80 something 70 something, anyway its an A or a B, but somehow people like ivan and yuen sin will always make you feel that getting 80 something meants nothing. Yea, they score their exams with flying colours everytime and there is no exceptions for trails =).

There is still a long way to go until i finish the very IMPORTANT PMR. Not a long time actually, there is still 20 something days to go. Quite satisfy with the marks this time, and i finally got an A for bahasa melayu. Yes, FINALLY! I didnt get any A for BM before since i reached secondary school, so it makes me quite happy =).

Dad went back to johor for some ceremony. And I got stuck here because of some Gerak Gempuk. But it ends with: " Dibatalkan". If i know this is going to happen, i will definately follow my dad back to hometown...

Just a short update will do. I'm here to congratulate my friend, yun ping as his dad and uncle open a shoe shop near my house. Definitely went to the shop and support him la XD. No other words to describe ... but FUN =) Thank you to all form 3's that work hard for today's show and also form 4's that was involve in the drama. i didn't expect the whole meeting to go so smoothly but, yea we all together manage to do them =) From putting the chair in an order ways, closing the windows to hanging blankets and others things to make the room look dark and dancing, sketch and also drama...ect.ect. I love hot chocolate drink with cupcakes or muffins, they always give me a very warm feeling. I tried all kinds of chocolate drink, but somehow i still perfere the one i do at home.

Haha, i do realised something to these few days, yeah! I didnt touch any books these few days, but i spended a lot of time in front of the television and the computer. Maybe you will think it is normal to do that after school exam ends, but somehow i feel weird. Im having PMR exam this year on October, and should be studying at the room and dating with text book.

Topic of the day, I am stress. Most of us have stress, it is just the matter wheter we care, or not. It is normal for everyone to have stress, and if you do not have, meants you do not care every little things in your life. This is true, for those *including me* that is still not prepared with PMR. Sad case to say this three word, but they are the problem makers that makes the whole form 3 in school to get into a hectic life style of studying.

It is good to think the positive way of "study first and enjoy later". I took that idea too , but it does not hold for a long time for you to lock yourself in the study room and force yourself to study. I did tried that before and it does not work. Forcing yourself to study are just wasting your time and effort.

I got this tip few month ago. Listen carefully, it might be very common and you will think it is not important at all, but yet it works for me. Have a plan and follow them. View back to last year, I had been suffering for those night before the first term exam. I got nervous and i can not get into sleep. When i went to school, i was tired and i lost my concentration. You might be laughing me that school exam is not a big deal, anyway, they meants a lot to me.

I stress, there is only one reason. If you still remember things in primary school, can you find the different between this two different level? There are different, big differences. When i was in primary school, we did Chinese and Malay essays more than twice a week. The teachers were willing to mark our paper and the spend time to teach us after school. In secondary school, we did do essays, maybe once a month. So, there are different between them. Although secondary school is a higher level of study, but primary schools teacher pay more effort and let us to practice more to help us to aim a better marks for UPSR, and to get a flying colours academic result. Its not the teachers problem, but we the student get less practice than we were during primary school days.

I am lost. I got lost between the langue and the facts. I am lost. I need motivation to make me continue study until the PMR ends. I am lost. I need someone to be my example, to bring me back to the way that i always do when i am in form 2. Can i let go everything just to clear my mind and continue my job as a student?

Teacher's day, sports day was over... and exam is coming up next! Walao! I still got a sejarah project to finish X( oh yea! yesterday was superduper fun man! and LKT ROX!!! the whole group of LKT member was so busy yesterday. I meant busy playing and working la XD from breakfast to celebration and later chs-idol and go yi-poi makan and lastly executif interview =) We run here and there, shouting and asking for T-SHIRT, chit-chatting while waiting for the interview... i have not feel such happiness before spending the whole day time whole my "a ma-a gong" family XD

signing off again and will shut down for few days until my music exam is totaly over ...

Life is hard...

About five months from now until PMR arrives...kindda busy now day because there were so many activities going on. LKT's telematch just end and the pillow was done. Everything seem going well except for my projects. Althought i took some time so finish my geografy and history projects but they seem to go wrong. I have to re-do the whole thing again and again as teacher said that i wornt prefect.

I just finished my hasil kajian for history project but it end up with the sentence " too short ". Fine, i will do it again with bangunan sultan abdul samad as it has more information compare to istana seri menanti.

I was moody today, i knew that. And i do realised that. Im sorry if i scoled you or "bian" you in school for some reason today as im seriously not in a good mood. But you guys seriously should finished those work earlier instede of last-minute work. Okay! I will stop that...

Coming up next, May is a busy month and when it ends it got nearer to the exam week again. PN. Kok retirement, sports day, teachers day and all sorts of activities. But the most important thing for me was the coming practical organ exam. 18 of May...I will be dead *thing so* and i seriously super really dont want to take the risk to get nearly-fail.

Will be busy for the coming few weeks so...signing off =)

Chi Guang, another computer dictionary, ask him to repair your computer and he will give you free service XD

Zi Guang, older than me A LOT, cant get his fingers away from the computer, since there is a term for book worm, he is a computer worm XD

First.day.of.school.in.morning.section

I didn't really slept yesterday night, maybe too exciting to be in morning section for the first time...lol

Form 3 wasn't a nice year to go trough, PMR exam makes the starting of the year full with pressure~ As we know, PMR . The three letters make form 3 mad and crazy...Right?

When we were in standard 6, UPSR means a LOT! And now, PMR means A LOT MORE THAN THAT! sigh...

Everything and every problems got the bright way, just PMR over. We can do anything people, ANYTHING!!!

Starting tomoro, no sleeping until 10 but 5.50 gotta wake up. Phew, luckily i stay near the school. But i still gotta wake up early as my car aunty come and fetch me at 6.30!

Wow! this year "is" special. As in facing more and more challenges, including studies, activities, music and life style.

As a starting, i'm added to class 3A5... And i think this will be were the story starts.

Secondly, i make myself to take part in coriculum. There is only one reason...i don't want to miss out any activities that a normal student will take part. I had missed a lot in the past two years...When i was in form 1, i took part in lembaga pusat sumber. And it ends up with i quit it...the reason? I dont like to go school on the saturday and i dont like to take exam, lol. A very bad reason right? I know......

And this year, tadadada!!! 2009, i'm trying in Kadet Remaja Sekolah [krs] And i hope that i can feel the fun of taking part in this society as how my cousin feels =)

And next, PMR is coming. I can't run away from that. No one can run away.Everyone have to face it. So, more effort on studying and attending more and more tuition...Hope that tuition can help me. =)

Oh yea, music too. Try to do my best in praticing as try to take part in the praticle exam during the year ends. Grade 5. quite high grade for me....oh yea, and also theory grade 5 exam =) Hope that i can catch up and everything goes well =)

Lastly, try to go exercise everyweek if i really got enough time. YEA! if i did have enough time =)
